By accessing or using the Substitute Teacher Management System ("System"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the System.

2. Purpose of the System

The System is designed to facilitate:

  • Teacher absence requests

  • Approval workflows

  • Substitute teacher assignments

  • Staff scheduling

  • Document management

  • Administrative reporting

The System is intended for authorized educational institutions, administrators, principals, teachers, and substitute teachers.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials

  • Ensuring account information remains accurate

  • Reporting unauthorized access immediately

  • Using the System only for authorized school-related purposes

Users must not share accounts with others.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

  • Submit false information

  • Upload malicious software

  • Access data without authorization

  • Attempt to disrupt system operations

  • Misrepresent absence requests or assignments

5. Approval and Assignment Decisions

The System facilitates workflows but does not guarantee approval of leave requests or assignment of substitute teachers.

Final decisions remain the responsibility of authorized school administrators.

6. Document Uploads

Users may upload supporting documentation related to leave requests and substitute assignments.

Users are responsible for ensuring uploaded documents:

  • Are accurate

  • Do not violate applicable laws

  • Do not infringe upon third-party rights

7. System Availability

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain continuous availability, the System may experience interruptions due to:

  • Maintenance

  • Software updates

  • Network issues

  • Circumstances beyond our control

8. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, databases, content, and functionality remain the property of the System owner and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

The System owner shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Loss of data

  • Lost business opportunities

  • Service interruptions beyond reasonable control

10. Termination

User access may be suspended or terminated for:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Unauthorized activities

  • Security concerns

  • Administrative decisions

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the System constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
